Can induction pans be used on gas?
Yes. TVS saucepans with induction-suitable bottoms can be used on traditional gas hobs without any performance or safety contraindications. To find out all the permitted uses, always refer to the " Compatible hobs and characteristics" box on each product page.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The legal guarantee on the articles is valid for 2 years according to the terms of the law in force since 1 January 2002 and covers only defects attributable to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by incorrect use and professional use of the object (eg: demonstrators, community kitchens, restaurants, etc.);
- banged and dented objects, when the defect is found by the final consumer;
- stains, discolorations on interior and exterior upholstery;
- internal and external scratches;
- attacks by dishwasher detergents when the enclosed instructions advise against their use;
- burnt and/or overheated handles;
- failure to observe the instructions for use.
The warranty is valid only for the EU.
Where can I find the product use and maintenance instructions?
You can always find the product use and maintenance instructions inside or on the back of the packaging of each individual item.
How long does a non-stick coating last?
Our coatings are subjected to numerous tests to control the quality and guarantee of the coating and of the product itself.
To maintain the performance of the non-stick coating for longer, we recommend using and maintaining the item with the right care. For this, it is essential to read, keep and follow the use and maintenance instructions supplied with the product inside the box or on the back of the packaging.
Using the product with the right care ensures higher quality and longer performance.
Is it possible to use sharp tools inside the object?
To maintain long-lasting non-stick performance, we recommend using wooden or plastic spatulas.
We therefore advise against using sharp tools directly on the non-stick coating.
Can the stains that appear on the non-stick surface after overheating be cleaned?
To reduce the incidence of stains: cover the bottom of the article with 1 and ½ glass of water at room temperature, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, ½ glass
of vinegar.
Heat for 2 minutes, empty the item and wash with detergent and a soft sponge.
Can non-stick pans be damaged by high temperatures?
It is always not recommended to overheat the item without food inside or to reach cooking temperatures that are too high, as they can burn the food and this can cause stains and deformations to the product, and can also cause it to lose its properties.

It is therefore always advisable to cook at a moderate temperature, avoiding overheating the empty item and avoiding burning fatty foods.
Can non-stick aluminum cookware be washed in the dishwasher?
It depends on many factors: type of handle and material.
For this reason, we recommend that you always check the product characteristics shown on the product sheet before purchasing and on the packaging once you have received the item. If washing in the dishwasher is allowed, it is preferable to adopt low temperature washing cycles (50°C or ECO) using minimum doses of liquid detergent .
In the long run, too aggressive or powder detergents could damage the external surface and the varnishing of the handle.
If you opt for hand washing, it is preferable to use liquid detergents and soft non-abrasive sponges .
Also remember to grease your pan after frequent washing in the dishwasher.
I have overheated the pan and the food has burnt inside, what can I do?
If you have followed the instructions for use and care of the product and the surface has been properly greased and the pan has always been washed without abrasives and has no obvious scratches, the food should not stick.
If during use food has burned/charred inside the pan, consult the information for use and maintenance of the products and read the question relating to cleaning from stains.

PURCHASES, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Where can TVS products be purchased and shipped?
It is currently possible to purchase and receive orders within the Italian territory.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to return it, for which you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment. You can then place a new order for the product concerned and we will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund after making a return?
Our Customer Care will follow you in the return procedure, from receiving the request to collecting and shipping the product to be returned. Each request and situation will be evaluated by our team and you will receive a refund within a maximum of 15 days from the time of receipt of the returned product.
