Shipping & returns


When your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment.

You can also decide to change the delivery date and/or time, or choose a collection point to pick it up.

Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend or public holiday will be processed and fulfilled on the first working day following the order.

All orders received before 2 pm, from Monday to Friday, will be handled the same day.


We want to offer the best service to our customers, which is why we rely on a single courier with express shipping within 24 - 48 hours from the time of collection.

Shipping Type:

- Express shipping at €4.90 for orders under €65

- Free Express Shipping for orders over €65


Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the products. In the event of anomalies, the customer is required to collect the goods with specific reserve , detailing the reasons for the same (eg: "damaged package") on the waybill, then proceeding to promptly inform us via email at the following email address: customer.service@ All notifications must be received within 5 days of receipt.


To return an item or an entire order, you can write to us within 30 days of receiving the order at the following email address indicating the order number, the product to be returned and the reason for the request of return.

Our Customer Care will accompany you in the return procedure, from receiving the collection request to shipping the product to be returned.

Each request and situation will be evaluated by our team and you will receive a refund within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the returned product.

To take advantage of the full return, the product must return to the premises without signs of wear, such as scratches, burns.

Any missing or damaged products during shipping must be reported immediately to customer service. Claims for missing or damaged goods received after 5 days from receipt of the goods will not be accepted. These complaints must be accompanied by photos proving the actual damage to the packaging and/or the items concerned.
