Its state-of-the-art EXP STONE non-stick coating, from the latest generation, makes the surface extra smooth and extra shiny. It ensures non-stick cooking even with minimal use of fats and provides great ease of cleaning, both by hand and in the dishwasher.
In traditional non-grilled cooking, the concentric rings act as a measuring guide: each ring corresponds to a specific quantity of oil. The first ring (center) holds ½ teaspoon of oil. The second ring holds 1½ teaspoons of oil. The third ring holds 1 tablespoon of oil. The fourth ring holds 2 tablespoons of oil. The fifth ring holds 4 tablespoons of oil. The sixth ring holds 6 tablespoons of oil. On average, one tablespoon contains about 10 grams of oil, while one and a half teaspoons contain approximately 4 grams.
The version with a bakelite handle is total black, but its core is green: it is made from raw materials sourced from PEFC-certified suppliers and crafted with recycled material. It features an ergonomic and secure grip during cooking.
Excellent performance on all stovetops, including induction, thanks to the steel disk on the bottom.
It's the evolution of the EXP coating, the high-performance non-stick coating created by TVS: its formulation has been improved in terms of durability, dishwasher resistance, and cooking performance. Produced with significantly more sustainable production cycles, up to 50% fewer CO2 emissions compared to traditional PTFE non-sticks, it ensures high-quality standards. The special technology creates an ultra-compact, smooth, and non-porous surface that allows for better browning and crispier cooking, providing a completely new and surprising cooking experience.
