The Luce Marina Induction 30 cm Grill Pan is ideal for grilling meat, fish and vegetables to perfection in the comfort of your home. The ridged cooking surface allows excess fat to drain away, creating the characteristic grill marks while ensuring even cooking. Made from 100% recycled aluminium, it provides excellent heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. The non-stick coating, reinforced with mineral particles and diamond powders, offers outstanding scratch resistance, excellent cooking performance and quick, effortless cleaning.

Care instructions

  1. First use: wash the item.
  2. Lightly oil, and repeat occasionally.
  3. Do not overheat the item when empty.
  4. Use plastic or wooden utensils.
  5. Do not char fatty foods.
  6. Coating complies with food contact material regulations.
  7. Wash the item with warm water, neutral detergent, and soft sponges.
  8. If the handle is made of steel, use oven mitts.
  9. In the dishwasher (if allowed): use low temperature cycles (50°C or ECO).
  10. Over time, stains or marks may appear on the item, but these do not compromise its use.

Care for the non-stick coating

To reduce staining: fill the bottom of the item with 1 and a half glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, and half a glass of vinegar. Heat for 2 minutes. Empty the item and wash with detergent and a soft sponge.

Use on cooking surfaces

  1. DO NOT drag or slide items on the cooking surface.
  2. Always use a heating element smaller than or equal to the size of the item's base.
  3. Ensure the item is stable on the cooking surface or on the supports of gas stoves.

Lid

  1. Do not subject to sudden cooling.
  2. Dishwasher washing, if allowed: place the lid correctly following the instructions of your dishwasher.
