Gratinated Sea Bream Fillet

INGREDIENTS
2 large or 4 small Sea Bream Fillets
1 clove Garlic
A small bunch of Parsley
5 Potatoes
12 Cherry Tomatoes
as needed Breadcrumbs
as needed Olive Oil
as needed Salt
as needed Herb Salt
as needed Pepper
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut them into fairly thick slices and steam them for 5 minutes.
STEP 02
Grease the bottom of the TVS Sintesi baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil, arrange the steamed potatoes and season with pepper and a bit of herb salt.
STEP 03
For the breading, mix: breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil and crushed garlic.
Coat the sea bream fillets in the breading mixture.
STEP 05
Arrange the sea bream fillets on top of the potatoes, then add the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
STEP 06
Finally, top with more flavored breadcrumbs, drizzle generously with olive oil and bake in a fan oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes, then finish cooking using the grill function for a few minutes until nicely golden.
