INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons Flour
200ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 knob Butter
a pinch of Salt
to taste Hazelnut Spread
to taste Whipped Cream
to taste Strawberries and Powdered Sugar
Methods
Whisk together in a bowl: flour, eggs, and milk. Then add the vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and let the batter rest for about an hour.
STEP 02
Heat a knob of butter in the crepe pan and pour in a ladle of batter, spreading it evenly.
Cook the crepe for a few minutes on each side, then repeat with all the crepes.

Fill the crepes with hazelnut spread and whipped cream.
STEP 06
Fold the crepes and serve them on a serving plate with strawberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
