Tuna burgers

INGREDIENTS

450 g fresh tuna
1/2 lemon
to taste Herb salt
to taste Olive oil

Procedure

STEP 01
Cut the fresh tuna into cubes and then finely chop it with a knife to get a finer texture.

STEP 02
Season it in a bowl with herb salt, a bit of grated lemon zest, and a drizzle of olive oil.

STEP 03
Shape the tuna burgers using a pastry ring, placing them on small squares of parchment paper (this will help you transfer the burgers easily into the pan for cooking).
STEP 04
Heat a drizzle of oil in the pan and cook the burgers until a golden crust forms. Then flip them and finish cooking.

STEP 05
Serve the tuna burgers with a side dish of your choice or inside a nice sandwich bun.
