INGREDIENTS

300g Cod fillet
1 Lemon
as needed Flour
1 clove Garlic
1 bunch Parsley
as needed Olive oil, salt, pepper

Procedimento

STEP 01
Squeeze the juice of one lemon.

STEP 02
Then slice the cod fillet lengthwise and lightly coat it with flour.
STEP 03
Then heat the oil and garlic in a pan. Add the cod and cook over high heat for a few minutes on each side.

STEP 04
Next, add a bit of pepper and deglaze with the lemon juice. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, adding some chopped parsley, until a delicious sauce forms.
