The processing of personal data is carried out within the Owner's organization or by third party suppliers on behalf of the Owner. In particular, the Data Controller communicates the personal data to the traders involved in the execution of purchase orders, in the after-sales process or for marketing activities, who all act as data processors (the " Data Processors ").

The Data Controller does everything possible to ensure that all Data Processors apply the best sector practices to protect personal data and that they do not use or process personal data for purposes other than the legitimate ones agreed with the Data Controller.
