What is Ceramit ceramic coating?

Ceramit is TVS’s ceramic coating that is totally natural and has no added harmful chemical substances.  This cutting-edge, nanotech ceramic coating which is inorganic and not metal - meaning that it is very similar to glass - creates a compact, smooth and absolutely not porous coating.  It makes the pan highly resistant to thermal shock, abrasion and high temperatures (up to 450°C).
It is a guaranteed PFOA-free coating.
All this means healthy cooking and being able to count on a pan that will stay perfect over time.
