What do I need to do before using an item of TVS cookware?

Remove the packaging and labels.  Wash the item with a mild washing up liquid, rinse it and dry it with kitchen towel or a soft cloth.  Before cooking, grease the pan with a little oil or butter; we recommend repeating this procedure every so often to guarantee the maximum durability of your cookware.
