Six useful pieces of advice to preserve the quality of TVS products:

  1. The first time, wash the pan with hot soapy water; dry it and condition the interior by rubbing on a little oil before use.
  2. Wash and dry the pan after each use and above all leave the pan to cool before washing.  Do not use aggressive chemical products or scourers.
  3. Use a heat source with a suitable diameter for the size of the pan; do not use sharp items inside or store foods inside it for long periods.
  4. Regularly treat the non-stick coating with a small amount of cooking oil.
  5. Use low-temperature dishwasher cycles and minimum amount of detergent for the selected wash type.
  6. Finally, the pan needs to be stored with care so as not to scratch the coating.


It is equally important to follow the instructions on the instruction booklet with care, since each item has different characteristics and therefore, different optimum conditions of use.
