How should I look after my TVS cookware to guarantee lasting use?

Avoid anything that could scratch or damage the interior coating.  Do not use sharp metal utensils and never cut food directly inside the pan.  We recommend that you use wooden or nylon cooking utensils.  Store the cookware with care so as to avoid damaging the interiors.
