Earth - Discovery Kitchen
In collaboration with the IED, the European Institute of Design
At the Ambiente 2010 trade fair, TVS presented a preview of the
“Earth” project, devised in collaboration with the IED,
the European Institute of Design.
Yet again, TVS has demonstrated its versatility and its capacity
for innovation: a friendly family of saucepans in the shape of baby
animals, both colourful and unusual.
The design was created by Laura López and Aldo Quiñonez,
students at the IED, and was devised to bring children closer to
the culture of healthy eating in a completely new way, by letting
them have fun.
There are five animals in the range (tiger, panda, penguin, bear
and raccoon), and each “baby animal” comprises 3 parts:
a base that functions as a milk-pan, an upper part that becomes a
little cooking pot and a lid that fits both items.
